The Lewis James Silk Cotton T-Shirt is our reimagination of what a T-shirt can be. Instead of ordinary jersey, we partnered with Zegna Barua, one of Italy’s most historic yarn mills, to develop a luxurious silk cotton knitted fabric. Each piece is fully fashioned and linked by hand, meaning the seams are part of the construction itself, at, strong and inherently premium. Lightweight yet warm, soft yet resilient, it drapes with quiet elegance, regulates temperature, manages moisture and holds its shape wear after wear. It’s a T-shirt elevated to the level of fine Italian knitwear.

• Exceptional Italian Yarn

Knitted from Zegna Baruffa’s silk cotton blend, it combines silk’s natural sheen and softness with cotton’s breathable comfort.

• Fully Fashioned Construction

Each panel is shaped on the knitting machine and linked by hand, creating seamless lines, clean edges and long lasting structure, something you never find in ordinary T-shirts.

To preserve the softness, sheen and structure of the Italian knit, care must be gentle and deliberate:

• Washing
  - Dry clean or hand wash at 30°C / 85°F
  - Use a mild detergent
  - Wash inside out to protect the knit
• Drying
  - Do not tumble dry
  - Dry flat to maintain shape
  - Keep away from direct heat or sunlight
• Ironing
  - Iron at a low temperature (110°C / 230°F)
  - Use steam or a dry setting if needed
• Additional Notes
  - Avoid bleach
  - Handle with care when wet
  - Store folded rather than hung to protect the knit structure
