Making a Change or Return

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition.

Definition of "Original Condition"

An item is in its original condition if it:

Has not been scuffed, stretched, or worn.
Has not been washed, damaged, or modified.
Comes in its original packaging with all accessories.
How to Return or Exchange

From the date you receive your products, you have 30 days to contact our Customer Service to initiate a return or exchange. You can arrange for a courier pickup by emailing Customer Service at hello@lewis-james.com. When returning an item, please specify the reasons and, if possible, attach photos to expedite the process. For exchanges, simply indicate the new desired size. The costs and risks associated with returning products are your responsibility.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged, or soiled, please contact hello@lewis-james.com prior to sending any return.

Refund Process

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund is issued. Refunds will be made using the original payment. You will not incur any charges for the reimbursement.
